Both our ceremony and reception will be held at Leonards Hill Estate. (2195 Ballan-Daylesford Rd, Leonards Hill VIC 3461)

Arrival: Please arrive from 3:30pm for a 4:00pm ceremony start.

Wrap Up: Last drinks and farewell will be at approximately 10:30pm.

We want everyone to celebrate safely and hassle-free, so bus transport has been arranged for all guests!

Please head to our Travel & Stay page for all the details on our guest bus schedules, pick-up locations, and local places to stay. For those who prefer to drive, parking will be available on-site for guests.

We have set an earlier deadline to beat the busy Christmas rush and to meet our vendors' strict headcount requirements. Unfortunately, any late confirmations will be outside our control.

Yes! If your plans change, you can update your RSVP at any time before 1 December.

Simply return to the same RSVP page here, enter your name as you did the first time, and select "Adjust Response." You can then make any necessary changes and resubmit your RSVP.

Please note that all RSVP changes must be made by 1 December, as we'll be finalising guest numbers with our vendors after this date. If something unforeseen occurs after this date and you're no longer able to attend, please let Karly know as soon as possible so alternative arrangements can be made for your reserved place.

Plus Ones: We wish we could invite everyone! Unfortunately, due to venue capacity restrictions, we can only accommodate the guests named on each invitation. If you're unsure whether a plus one has been allocated to you, simply enter your name on the RSVP page. If an additional guest has been included with your invitation, their name will appear automatically.

Should space become available as RSVPs are received, we'll be in touch if we're able to extend an invitation to your partner or guest.

Children: While we absolutely adore your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration, with the exception of our daughter.

Food: A selection of canapés will be served for cocktail hour. Dinner will consist of shared sides and italian woodfired pizza. Please list any dietary requirements when you submit your RSVP so we can accommodate you.

Bar: Drinks are on us! We'll be offering a selection of beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options for the duration of the event.

Our dress code is Garden Style Formal. Think romantic, floral, colorful, and elegant! With that said, it isn’t strict at all. More than anything, we just want you to wear something you feel wonderful in.

Midi/floor-length dresses, florals, colors, and suits with dress shoes are encouraged (just no denim jeans, please!). For footwear, keep in mind that our ceremony and parts of the reception are outdoors on grass, so block heels, wedges, or flats will be your best friend

Ceremony: We want you to be fully present with us! We kindly ask that all phones and cameras be put away and silenced for the duration of the ceremony. We have wonderful photographers capturing every moment and they want to see your faces, not your phones!

Reception: Please do! Once the ceremony is wrapped up, photo taking is fully encouraged. We want to see the night through your eyes, so we'll have QR codes displayed around the estate. Just scan with your phone and drop your photos into our shared gallery throughout the night!
